The app offers users digital content and functions for personal reflection, goal setting, habit tracking and support through AI-based text suggestions. It can be used in a free basic version or as a paid upgrade. There is no therapeutic or medical claim.

3. user account and registration

Use of the app requires prior registration. Users undertake to provide truthful and complete information when registering. The user account is non-transferable.

4 Conclusion of contract and payment

A fee-based user contract is concluded by selecting a fee-based plan and completing the payment process via Stripe. The applicable prices are shown before the contract is concluded. Payments are made exclusively via the payment provider Stripe.

5. right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 BGB. In the case of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires at the start of performance, provided that users have expressly agreed to this in advance. A corresponding declaration is made during the booking process.

6 Availability and changes

We endeavor to ensure continuous availability of the app, but cannot guarantee this. Functional changes or further developments are possible at any time, provided these are reasonable for the user.

7 Obligations of the users

Users undertake not to misuse the app, in particular not to disseminate illegal content or deceive third parties. In the event of serious violations, we reserve the right to block the account.

12 Applicable law
